Frooza concept is born in 2016 it is the word combination of fresh, fruits, frozen and BOOZA and it’s Lebanon and the Middle East first rolled Ice Cream concept.
Frooza is inspired from the Thai street style ice-cream technique which uses a -20°c Ice-Pan to make custom ice cream right in front of the clients.
Frooza established its 1st parlour in the heart of Beirut in Marmikhael/Ashrafieh district, and through the years expanded its locations and it is now present in ABC Mall, in Jounieh Highway and in Faraya Mazaar.
